Rare Les Paul from Greco. Production: Japan, 1971 Serial number: 71 120 0253 Order number of the tool: 0253 Date of issue and age: 01/20/1971 (49 years / years) It is known from the GRECO archives that only 287 Greco EG 360C guitars were released in 1971 - of which in the color "Brown Flash" ( Sunburst - 173 tools and in the color "Black / Deep Dark Green" (Black / Deep Dark Green) - 114 tools. They were produced by GRECO for only 4 months - from the beginning of January to the end of April 1971 (most intensively - in January and February). Greco EG 360C features: - glued-in "set-neck"; - the presence on the penultimate and last frets of the instrument with a serial number pressed out in the material, which consisted of two parts - the date of issue and the serial number of the tool (subsequently, on GRECO tools, serial numbers appeared only in 1975, and extruded serial numbers - in the late 80s-early 90s, when the limited edition (limited edition) of GRECO guitars - copies of Gibson Les Paul Standard, comparable in price to the original (!), Were produced at the Tokai factory); - the presence of inlay at the 1st fret (as on the Gibson Les Paul Custom); - no inlays on the XIX and XXI frets of the neck; - the inscription "Custom" on the trass-rod cover of the neck; - "Greco" lettering on the pickup covers. (In no case should it be confused with the very outwardly similar Greco Les Paul Custom - an unnumbered instrument with a bolted neck, production started in 1972).
